Sandra Galli
Salon Owner | Artistic Stylist
My name is Sandra. I am the owner of Studio 22 Salon & Spa. Besides and before that, I am a wife, a mother of 3 young handsome men, a mother in-law to the most beautiful and amazing daughter, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and loyal friend. I have owned Studio 22 for over 11 years. Despite a couple major setbacks, I have been very successful in business.
Here’s some fun facts about me. I am Italian and I eat way too much pasta! It’s my favorite thing to eat next to pizza. I really dislike pic’s of me (especially selfie’s). I never know where to look at the camera but hey, what the heck, you only live once .
I am grateful for all that I have and all that I don’t have. I like to secretly laugh when my grandchildren are naughty.
I have been in the beauty industry for 30+ yrs and absolutely love helping people feel and look their very best. It is a passion of mine and an indescribable feeling. I am so privileged that I can share that same passion and feeling with my eldest son who is a Master Barber here at Studio 22 . His name is John and he is also my business partner. Family & close friends call him Johnnie. I also love to share this passion with my team. They inspire me every day to be better and to be the best version of myself that I can possibly be. I’m truly grateful for each and everyone of them along with our clients.
Our clients have become my special friends (more like family) and continue to teach me so much about life. Studio 22 wouldn’t be here today without.

John Gould
Salon Manager | Master Barber
My name is John. Many of you already know me as our barber/Sandra’s son here at Studio 22. I’m a 33- year old husband and father to a 3-year old boy, and 1-year old girl. I’ve now been a barber for nearly 14 years, and have been at Studio 22 since we opened in 2011. Barbering is truly my calling, passion and something I am grateful to wake up and be able to do every day. Outside of work, my hobbies consist of spending time with family and catching up on my favorite sports; boxing, football, basketball and more. If you’ve ever sat in a chair near mine, chances are you’ve heard a conversation about sports (or food). I am forever indebted to a pair of clippers for giving me a platform that allows me to provide for my family, serve such a great community and in turn continue to grow from the richness of people on a daily basis.
Nikki DiNoto
Artistic Stylist
I’m Nikki! I graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2012. I value getting to know my clients so that I can tailor haircuts and/color to best suit your lifestyle and personality. I also enjoy keeping up on education in this ever changing industry to better my craft and cater to all of my clients needs. I have taken several classes locally and in NYC, including a hands on with Nick Arrojo (from What Not To Wear).
Fun fact: She enjoys anything that has to do with animals, especially dogs.
Hailey Ingallina

I am Hailey! I have been doing hair for 10+ years. My passion started when I was young. I’d do all my friends’ hair and makeup for any event. As I grew to learn the industry, I became amazed with all it has to offer! I love attending classes, going to shows and continuing my education. The trends are changing every day, and I look at it as keeping my job fun!
I’ve been blessed to become a mom to my beautiful daughter, Alivianna. She is two years old and on the go! Her favorite current words are mama, dada, babe and yeah! My free time is consumed with her as well as my boyfriend of 5 years, Connor. I also have 3 pets. Rover is a tuxedo cat, Kira is a German Shepherd and Bella is a rottweiler. We love family trips to the parks, visiting different lakes and ice cream dates! I also really enjoy kayaking and camping!
Life is always changing and the last two years can be proof to that. I try to always be optimistic, compassionate and never judge. One of the many reasons I’ve loved my career so much is all the amazing people I get to meet and stories about life I get to hear! I’m very fortunate and thankful every day for the life I have!

My name is Jessica I have been doing hair for over 10+ years and have been specializing in children’s haircuts for 6 of the 10 years. I enjoy making people feel and look their best. I’m looking forward to continuing my education, and working with the most wonderful team in this industry I’m truly blessed!
Some fun facts about me are I’m a Momma to a three-year-old little girl who has my whole heart. We have two dogs and a cat. In my free time, I love spending time with my daughter and my family.

Hi there! I’m Sonja Capuano and a stylist at Studio 22 for over 9 years. I’ve been in this industry for 24 years. My passions are bridal hair and color. I love to make my guests feel beautiful and relaxed. I am a mom to two young kids and a mom to my 2 rescue pups. I love to cook, watch television and travel in my free time.
Chrissy Snell

Hi! I’m Chrissy! As of June 2023, I am the first smiling face you will typically see when you walk into Studio 22!
While I do not have a background in cosmetology, I am a creative! I received my degree in Graphic Design from RIT in 2012 and have been into the arts and music since before I can remember.
If I’m not working on some kind of craft or house project, I’m probably camping or trying a new recipe, or at Three Heads Brewing with my husband. But usually you can find me snuggling with one or both of my dogs!
With my 9+ years in customer service and sales, I am always here to listen to your needs and assist you to the best of my ability. Mostly, I love to put smiles on faces and hopefully make you laugh, too!
Taylor Mann

Hi! My name is Taylor. I graduated from Genesee Valley BOCES Cosmetology program in 2021. I recently became licensed in June 2023 after two years of Accounting at MCC and St. John Fisher University.
Some facts about me are I have 2 golden retrievers, Nova and Gabby, I enjoy hunting with my dad, and I love to spend time with my friends in my free time! Hair has always been my passion and I’m so excited to be apart of the Studio 22 Salon and Spa team!
