Important Notice
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, Studio 22 will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy starting February 2025. New clients will be required to provide a deposit for all chemical services, while existing clients will need to secure their appointment with a credit card on file.
We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or missed appointments will result in a service charge.
For hair cutting services, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged at your next appointment.
For chemical services (which require significant time), the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will
not be refunded. If you have a credit card on file, it will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Deposits
To best serve our clients, we require a 50% deposit for all time-consuming chemical services. This deposit will go towards your total on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that some circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the interest of fairness to our team and the comfort of our guests, if you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request
24 hours’ notice to avoid a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
This courtesy allows the availability to service another client from our wait list during that time.
