Choosing the Correct Services
We strive for quality not quantity. We encourage all guests to include
a finish (ie: blowdry) with their service to achieve the best results.
Our online scheduling system changed from bundled services to selecting services individually. (Except for the Adult and Child's Wash/Cut/Blowdry is still a bundled service.) Please double check that you have chosen all of the correct services for your appointment.
When choosing a color or highlight service AND you would ALSO like a haircut or a blowdry, please be sure to also add either the Wash/Cut/Blowdry or Shampoo/Blowdry service option to allow the appropriate amount of time in the schedule.
The color service by itself does not include time for a haircut or blowdry. (For Full Color, Root Retouch, any Highlight, Balayage, and Vivid services)
For example: If you need a Root Retouch and a haircut, you will choose both services separately - Root Retouch AND Wash, Cut, & Blowdry – to total 2 hours of service time.
If you would like to have your hair flat ironed or curled after your service, please add the “Hot Tool Finish” service when scheduling.
If you have bra line length hair or longer, please add the Extra Length & Density service option to your appointment. (see chart to the left - Extra Long or more)
Deposits
To best serve our clients, we require a 50% deposit for all time-consuming chemical services. This deposit will go towards your total on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that some circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the interest of fairness to our team and the comfort of our guests, if you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request
24 hours’ notice to avoid a non-refundable charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
This courtesy allows the availability to service another client from our wait list during that time.
