Salon Owner & Artistic Stylist
My name is Sandra, and I am the owner of Studio 22 Salon and Spa. I have proudly owned
Studio 22 for over 14 years. Despite a couple of major setbacks along the way, I have built a business that I am truly proud of.
I have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years, and I absolutely love helping people look and feel their very best. It’s not just a career for me—it’s a passion and a feeling that is hard to describe. I am incredibly fortunate to share that same passion with my eldest son, John, who is
a Master Barber here at Studio 22 and also my business partner. Family and close friends call
him Johnnie.
I am equally grateful for my amazing team. They inspire me every day to grow, improve, and strive to be the best version of myself. I truly appreciate each and every one of them, as well as our wonderful clients.
Our clients have become more like friends—and in many cases, family. They continue to teach me so much about life, and Studio 22 simply wouldn’t be what it is today without them.
A few fun facts about me: I am Italian, and I eat way too much pasta (it’s my favorite food, right next to pizza). I’m not a fan of pictures of myself—especially selfies. I never quite know where to look at the camera, but hey, you only live once. I am grateful for everything I have and even the things I don’t. And I secretly laugh when my grandchildren are being a little naughty—they are
my whole world.
John Gould
Salon Manager & Master Barber
My name is John. Many of you already know me as our barber/Sandra’s son here at Studio 22. I’m a husband, and a father of two (son & daughter). I’ve now been a barber for a little under
20 years, and have been at Studio 22 since we opened in 2012. Barbering is truly my calling, passion, and something I am grateful to wake up and be able to do every single day.
Outside of work, my hobbies consist of spending time with family, and catching up on my favorite sports: boxing, football, basketball, soccer and more. If you’ve ever sat in a chair near mine, chances are you’ve heard a conversation about one of those. I am forever indebted to a pair of clippers for giving me a platform that allows me to provide for my family and serve such a great community.
Sonja Capuano
Artistic Stylist
Hi friends! I’m Sonja Capuano and have been a stylist at Studio 22 for over 13 years. I’ve been in this industry since 1998 and I’m always learning and growing. My passion is making each client feel beautiful and seen. I’m also a bridal stylist and I love doing updos.
Nikki DiNoto
Artistic Stylist
I’m Nikki! I graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2012. I value getting to know my clients so that I can tailor haircuts and/color to best suit their lifestyle and personality. I also enjoy keeping up on education in this ever changing industry to better my craft and cater to all of my clients needs. I have taken several classes locally and in NYC, including a hands on with Nick Arrojo (from What Not To Wear).
Fun fact: I enjoy anything that has to do with animals, especially dogs!

Hailey Ingallina

I am Hailey! I have been a licensed stylist since 2013. My passion started when I was young, I’d do all my friends’ hair. As I grew to learn the industry, I became amazed with all it has to offer! I love attending classes, going to shows, and continuing my education. Keeping up with the current trends keeps my job fun!
I am blessed to have two beautiful daughters, Alivianna and Caydence. When I am not working I am with them, my fiance Connor, and our dogs! We enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, and family time.
Life is always changing. I try to always be optimistic, compassionate, and never judge. One of the many reasons I’ve loved my career so much is all the amazing people I get to meet! My clients are so important to me. I’m very fortunate and thankful every day for the life I have built.

Hi my name is Jessica! I have been doing hair for 14+ years and have specialized in children’s haircuts for 6 of those years. I enjoy making people feel and look their best. I love continuing my education to keep up with the newest trends! I work along side the most wonderful team in this industry and I’m truly blessed! Some fun facts about me are - I’m a Momma to a 5 year old little girl who has my whole heart. I love spending time with my daughter and my family, especially going to parks or just getting together. I look forward to meeting you!

Hello, my name is Gracie! I have been doing hair since I graduated in 2021! I love all aspects of hair but my favorite services to perform are highlights and lived in colors. I am committed to continual education and I am growing each and every day. My goal is to help every client feel beautiful and confident!
Some fun facts about me are - I have a Maine Coon cat and I absolutely love to read! In August of 2026 I married my best friend Logan! As I continue to grow in my career and in my personal life, I realize how truly blessed I am!

Hi there! My name is Ava. I am a licensed stylist and graduated from the BOCES Cosmetology program. As a dedicated hairstylist, my goal is to help you look and feel your absolute best. Whether you're here for a fresh cut, a vibrant color, or in need of a complete transformation, I'm here to listen to your needs and bring your vision to life.
I am most passionate about color, highlighting, and hair cutting. Some fun facts about me are that I have 4 younger siblings that I absolutely adore. In my free time, I am always learning new hair trends and techniques to advance my skills and stay up-to-date in the beauty industry.

Hi! My name is Sara. I came here to Studio 22 to expand my horizon with customer service, computer experience, and I love how much of a difference hair can do for someone’s confidence!
I am creative and tend to spend my free time making art in any way I can, so I always have fun making our salon promos & newsletters!

Chrissy Snell
Web Designer
While I'm no longer at the front desk, I am still here working behind the scenes! Since having my daughter in November 2025, I am loving being a full time mama, but I sure do miss everyone at the salon! Hope to see you and catch up when I can come in and visit!
If my husband, daughter, and I aren't working on projects at the house, you can usually find us at a brewery around town, cooking something delicious, or camping!
