What to expect at your salon visit:
Studio 22 Salon & Spa is taking all the precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and all others who enter our building.
We have taken this time to create some new guidelines and protocols and maintain a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our customers. Here is what to expect at your next appointment.
It will be essential for you to arrive on time for your appointment. Guests that are late may be turned away and will be asked to reschedule. When you arrive we ask that you wait in your vehicle. We will call, text, or come out to get you when your stylist or technician is ready.
Upon entering the building you will be required to wear a mask the entire duration of your service. This will apply to all guests over the age of two. If you should forget your mask, we will have one available for purchase.
After being greeted, you will be asked to have your temperature taken. Guests with a temperature greater than 100.4*F/38*C will be asked to reschedule his or her appointment. If you are not feeling well before your appointment please call to reschedule ahead of time. We will enforce a strict sick policy with our staff as well.
Non-essentials should be left in your vehicle. Please do not bring in food for your appointment. Your stylist or technician’s station and tools will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your visit. Every client will also have a sanitized cape.
Mandated capacity limitations have also changed the way we are able to do business. We will no longer be able to fit clients in the last minute, double book, or allow clients to bring additional family members or guests with them. Children under age 12 will be able to be accompanied by only one adult. We understand this may be difficult for some, but it is necessary for the safety of all of our clients, our staff, and your family.
Our waiting area, coffee & snack station will be off-limits until further notice. We are trying to have less touchpoints. We have cleared out all of our magazines and hair cutting look books. If you have a style in mind or inspirational photos, please bring them in or have them downloaded and ready on your phone to show your stylist.
We thank you for your patience as we reschedule your appointment—we know that many of you have waited a long time for services. To be fair & respectful of all our clients, our cancellation policy will also be adjusted. We will now require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This will be strictly enforced.
We are doing our best to adapt to these challenging times and are excited to begin servicing our clients again. We hope some of the changes listed above are temporary.
